Southern Oregon Caring Hands Estate Solutions was born from one of the hardest seasons of my life.
When my mother passed away, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate grief while also facing the enormous task of settling an estate. During that time, someone came alongside me and helped carry a burden I wasn't sure how to manage on my own.
The relief they gave me was something I'll never forget.
That experience inspired me to create Southern Oregon Caring Hands Estate Solutions so I could offer that same sense of peace, support, and guidance to other families during life's difficult transitions.
Whether you're downsizing, preparing a home for sale, or settling the estate of a loved one, my goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming. I'll work alongside you with compassion, honesty, and respect, helping you navigate each step while treating your family's belongings with the care they deserve.
You don't have to carry this burden alone. My hope is that by the time we're finished, you'll feel lighter, more at peace, and ready for whatever comes next.
When I'm not working with clients, I'm spending time with my husband, Justin, our daughter, Serenity, and enjoying everything that makes Southern Oregon such a wonderful place to call home.
I've always believed that hard work, honesty, and treating people with respect matter. Those values have guided me throughout my life and are the foundation of everything I do.
As the owner of Caring Hands Auto & Home Repair, I spend my days helping homeowners and vehicle owners with dependable repairs and maintenance throughout Southern Oregon. Here at Southern Oregon Caring Hands Estate Solutions, I help with the hands-on side of our projects, from organizing and preparing properties to clean-outs, heavy lifting, logistics, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Here are the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Just give us a call.
Estate Sales. We manage the entire estate sale process from start to finish, including organizing, researching, pricing, staging, advertising, customer assistance, and checkout. Estate sales are often the best way to maximize the value of a home's contents and typically require several weeks of preparation to ensure everything is presented professionally.
Estate Buyouts. In some situations, we may purchase select items or entire estate contents directly. A buyout can be a great option when time is limited or when a traditional estate sale isn't the right fit. During our consultation, we'll explain your options and help determine the best approach for your unique situation.
Downsizing & Senior Transitions. Whether you're moving to a smaller home, an assisted living community, or simply simplifying your space, we're here to help make the transition less stressful. We'll work at your pace to sort belongings, organize possessions, and create a plan that fits your goals.
Organizing Services. From one room to an entire home, we help create organized, functional spaces that feel manageable again. Whether you're overwhelmed by clutter or preparing for your next chapter, we'll work beside you with patience and compassion.
Every estate is different, so pricing depends on the size of the estate, the amount of preparation required, and the services you choose. Most estate sales are commission-based, meaning our fee comes from the proceeds of the sale. During your free consultation, we'll walk through the property, explain our pricing clearly, and answer any questions before moving forward.
Most estate sales do not require any upfront payment. Our commission is typically paid from the proceeds of the sale. If additional services such as organizing, hauling, or specialty clean-outs are requested, we'll discuss those costs with you in advance so there are no surprises.
For the best experience, we recommend that homeowners and family members not remain in the home during public sale days. This allows shoppers to browse comfortably and lets our team manage pricing, negotiations, and customer questions without interruption. You're always welcome during the planning stages and before the sale begins.
We provide professional pricing, organizing, staging, advertising, directional signs (where permitted), customer service, checkout management, and payment processing. Our goal is to create an organized shopping experience that helps maximize the value of your estate.
Yes. We carry business liability insurance to help provide peace of mind while working in your home.
Absolutely. Before any work begins, you'll receive a written agreement outlining our services, commission, responsibilities, and expectations so everyone is on the same page.
The sooner, the better. Most estate sales require several weeks of preparation, especially if organizing, pricing, and advertising are involved. Even if you're still deciding what to do, we're happy to meet with you early in the process and help you create a plan.
Every situation is different. Remaining items may be donated, purchased through a buyout, transferred to consignment, sold online, or removed through a clean-out service. We'll discuss the options with you beforehand and create a plan that fits your needs.
We're proud to serve families throughout Southern Oregon, including Medford, Central Point, Jacksonville, Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, Eagle Point, Grants Pass, and many surrounding communities.
Most estate sales take between two and four weeks from our initial consultation to the final sale, depending on the size of the estate and the amount of preparation needed. Larger or more complex estates may take longer, while buyouts can often be completed much more quickly.
Very little. We recommend leaving the home as untouched as possible. Items that may seem insignificant could have sentimental or financial value. Before moving, donating, or throwing things away, let us walk through the property with you first so we can help identify what should stay with the estate.
That's completely okay. Many families are still deciding what they'd like to keep when they first contact us. We'll work with you at your own pace and can help create a plan that allows you time to sort through personal and sentimental items before preparing the sale.
Yes. If you'd like, we can help coordinate donations to local charitable organizations after the sale. Our goal is to help make the entire transition as simple and stress-free as possible.
Yes. After the sale, we can coordinate or assist with removing remaining items, arranging donations, hauling away unwanted belongings, and preparing the property for its next chapter.
Furniture, antiques, collectibles, tools, jewelry, household goods, decor, vintage items, artwork, kitchenware, garage items, and unique collections often perform well. During our walkthrough, we'll help identify items that may have strong resale value and discuss the best way to market them.
You're not alone. Many of the families we work with feel unsure where to begin, especially after losing a loved one or facing a major life transition. That's why we're here. Our job isn't just to manage belongings. It's to help make the process feel lighter, one step at a time. We'll guide you through each stage with patience, compassion, and respect.
No. Most of our clients choose to spend time with family, run errands, or simply take a much-needed break while we manage the sale. We'll take care of the details and keep you informed throughout the process, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
